JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages, cultivating relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

      1. Promote and sell We Care Holidays' travel packages to prospective clients.

      2. Build relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

      3. Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client's preferences and budgets.

      4. Respond to inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

      5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.

      6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel destinations, and competitor offerings.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, for 1-2 years.

  3. Freshers with a passion for travel and a strong desire to excel in sales are encouraged to apply.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  7. Knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and travel products.

  8. Basic computer knowledge required.

  9. Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages will be beneficial.
